The Liberty Theatre Company (that’s us!) is a professional theatre company in Hailey, Idaho, producing five mainstage shows each year along with other theatrical events. The Liberty Theater is a downtown Hailey venue that rents the building to TLTC to host their productions. It also serves the broader community by renting its space for concerts, films, lectures, and other performances.

The Liberty Theatre Company is an official 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
All donations to TLTC are tax deductible to the full extent provided by the law. Tax ID # 87-1252300

The Liberty Theatre Company (TLTC) and The Liberty Theater are distinct entities.

While TLTC leases performance space within the building’s premises, there is no partnership, joint venture, or other form of business association between TLTC and the Owner of The Liberty Theater other than as lessee and lessor. TLTC and the Owner of the Liberty Theater are separate and independent legal entities. Neither organization is responsible for the operations, actions, or obligations of the other. Inquiries regarding The Liberty Theater should be directed exclusively to its management. TLTC does not serve as a representative, agent, or affiliate of the Owner of The Liberty Theater, or The Liberty Theater itself in any capacity.
